In case of a no-show or cancellation of a guaranteed reservation, the hotel unit reserves, the right to levy retention charges upto 100% of the guaranteed billing amount. No retention would be charged if the room reservation is cancelled 24 hrs prior to the arrival date. In case of event cancellation the hotel reserves the right to define the cancellation policy.
