At Sparrow Hotels, we strive to provide flexibility and convenience for our guests. Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy to ensure a smooth experience during your stay:

Standard Cancellation Policy:
  • Guests are entitled to cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time without incurring any charges.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time will result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

Child Policy:
  • Children up to 6 years of age can enjoy complimentary meals.
  • Extra bedding for children will be provided on a chargeable basis.

Pre-Authorization:
  • We do not take pre-authorizations on your payment method, allowing for hassle-free bookings.

Pet Policy:
  • To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.

Early Check-In:
  • Guests may request an early check-in for an additional fee.
  • Early check-in is subject to availability and will incur half-day charges if before 6:00 AM.

Late Check-Out:
  • Guests may request a late check-out for an additional fee.
  • Late check-out is subject to availability and will incur half-day charges if until 6:00 PM.
